Quick workflow

  1. Press Y= and enter a function in Y1.
  2. Press GRAPH to draw the function.
  3. Use ZOOM Standard when the viewing window is unclear.
  4. Use TRACE and the arrow keys to inspect points.

Practice method

Complete one example slowly, repeat the same key sequence without reading, and then change the numbers or function. This builds familiarity without relying on memorized answers.

Common mistake

Calculator errors often come from an incorrect mode, unfinished parenthesis, unsuitable graph window or entering a negative sign as subtraction. Check the display before repeating the calculation.
